Key Features of the XM Loyalty Program:

  • Earning XM Points (XMP): Accumulate XMP with each trade, regardless of the trade's outcome.

  • Flexible Redemption: Convert your XMP into credit bonuses to boost your trading capacity.

  • Four Loyalty Status Levels: Progress through Executive, Gold, Diamond, and Elite tiers. Higher levels offer increased XMP earning rates and additional benefits.

  • Automatic Enrollment: All real account holders are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program upon their first deposit and trade.

Loyalty Status Levels and Benefits:

  1. Executive: Entry-level status with 10 XMP earned per lot.

  2. Gold: Achieved after 30 active trading days, earning 13 XMP per lot.

  3. Diamond: Reached after 60 active trading days, providing 16 XMP per lot.

  4. Elite: Attained after 100 active trading days, offering 20 XMP per lot.

It's important to note that periods of inactivity can result in a reset of your loyalty status to the Executive level. Therefore, consistent trading is encouraged to maintain and advance your status.

How to Redeem XM Points:

  1. Log in to the XM Members Area to view your current XMP balance.

  2. Click the "Redeem Now" button.

  3. Specify the amount of XMP you wish to convert.

  4. The corresponding credit bonus will be added to your trading account, available for trading purposes.

While the credit bonuses enhance your trading capacity, they are intended solely for trading and cannot be withdrawn. However, profits generated from trading with these bonuses can be withdrawn at any time. Be aware that withdrawing funds may result in the proportional removal of your trading bonus.
